Empowering Landslip-effected Communities; Reclaiming Stability Day
Landslips can be a devastating experience for landholders, impacting not only the land but the emotional well-being of those affected. In an effort to provide support, practical information, and a sense of community, Landcare Networks from across our region are collaborating to present ‘Reclaiming Stability: Navigating Landslip Recovery Together’ on Saturday, November 25th, at the Mullumbimby Civic Hall.
This unique event is a gathering of those who have faced landslips and wish to gather knowledge and strategies for their journey of recovery, repair, and resilience. At ‘Reclaiming Stability,’ attendees will have the opportunity to:
1. Gain Exclusive Access to Landslip Prevention Resources: The event will feature the launch of the Landcare NSW Landslip Prevention videos. These videos serve as comprehensive guides, offering practical insights into landslip remediation and prevention.
2. Connect with Experts: Landholders will be able to engage with seasoned experts in landslip remediation during in-depth Q&A sessions. This provides an opportunity to receive tailored advice and solutions for their unique situations.
3. Real-Life Case Studies: Real stories from those who are navigating landslip recovery will be shared, offering inspiration and practical wisdom to others facing similar challenges.
